Using it
Does it really not leak?
The screw cap seals against a silicone gasket, so a full bottle can lie on its side in a door pocket without a drop escaping. We shake-test every batch before it ships.
Will my car smell afterwards?
No. The medical-grade silicone is odor-resistant and non-porous, so nothing soaks in. Rinse it with water and it is neutral again.
How much does it hold?
Comfortably more than a full bladder. Collapsed it is about the height of a coffee cup, so it fits a door pocket, glovebox or backpack side pouch.
Can I use it parked on a slope?
Yes. The opening is wide and contoured, which is what stops spills when the car is not level.
Cleaning and care
How do I clean it?
Empty it, rinse with water and shake dry. Warm soapy water once a week is plenty.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes, on the top rack. The body and cap both take it.
Do I need to replace anything?
Only the gasket, and only if it ever hardens. A spare is in the box and replacements are free under the guarantee.

Orders leave the same working day if placed before 2pm, and most arrive within three working days.
